Cytoplasm is a fluid like structure in a cell between nucleus and cell wall or cell membrane  .
Cytoplasm :
1) is responsible for giving a cell its shape
2) It helps to fill out the cell and keeps organelles in their place
and many important activities of the cell occur in the cytoplasm.

Cytoplasm

It is the large region of a cell which is enclosed by the cell membrane.

It is the fluid that is present inside the plasma membrane.

It contains the organelles.

Functions of the cytoplasm -

1. Cytoplasm helps in exchange of substance between cell organelles.

2. It acts as a storehouse of vital molecules such as amino acid, iron, vitamin, glucose etc.

3. It acts as a site for certain metabolic pathways such as glycolysis etc.
