⏩The breaking of fat into fine globules is calledemulsification. Emulsification is a process in which big fats globules are broken down or converted into small globules of fats. Small intestine is thatorgan where emulsification of fats occurs.

Hey Mate..

Emulsification is a process in which bile salts which are present in bile juice break the fat globule and make a film around them so that other enzymes can act on it.It is done by bile juice which is stored in gall bladder and made by liver,And it occurs in duodenum(small intestine)
