Joule thomson's law :
When a gas is allowed to expand from a region of higher pressure to lower pressure it is cooled .

Experiment :
In a pressure cooker, the gas Molecules are presented in the higher pressure region. If we open the whistle, gas molecules are allowed to expand. So, it is cooled.
We can touch the flow of gas molecules, it is cool.
