okay, let me come to your question now. Ontological paradox is the opposite of Grandfather paradox - to be simple. In Grandfather paradox , let's say a person builds a time machine & goes back in time. He kills his grandfather & comes back, now the paradox arises about his existence in present or future(wrt Grandfather). How his grandson existed in future...when he already dies virgin!
This can be termed a loop (circle/). Similar to it is the ontological paradox, where one builds a time machine to go in future. Or, to sound it better. suppose in future you develop a technology for time machine & travel to the past or the present you. Now, you hand a notebook full of formulas & concepts to design a time machine to the past you with the help of that time machine. In future, all your discoveries are proved true & you become rich & famous. But the paradox arises here is that this process will repeat itself multiple times - creating an infinite loop. You make the machine, go back & give concepts, become rich, Repeat!
