Oxymoron : It is part of speech or a literary device . It means the words that really are opposite to each other, would be words that just cannot be put together.

 The word oxymoron is anoxymoron; 'oxy' comes from the Greek word that means 'sharp', while 'moron' comes from the Greek word that means'dull'.

Examples : (1) Give me a LARGER HALF piece of a cloth.

(2) I m CLEARLY CONFUSED .

(3)It is a OPEN SECRET.

(4)She is the HONEST THIEF .
