ozone*

ozone is a layer on the atmosphere made of o3 molecules

o3 molecules are formed by:

o+o2--->o3

it is a harmful gas which is highly toxic and it kills if inhaled.

it forms a layer on the atmosphere forming a protective barrier from UV radiation.

jope it helps :0

have a nice day :D

Ozone (O3) is formed when 3 atoms of Oxygen combine together

If you can understand i will give this equation:

O2 on coming contact with UV rays breaks down to single oxygen atom

0^3 ---> O + O eqn 1

then O^2 coming in contact with single O atom becomes O^3

O^2 + O ----> O^3 eqn 2

Ashsk8ter: Sorry mate i did a mistake Equation 1 will be O^2 ---> O+O
Ashsk8ter: O^2 -----> O+O
Ashsk8ter: O^2 = O + O
Ashsk8ter: sorry man I did mistake the equation 1 is a little bit wrong it is O^2 = O+O and from here onwards everything is ok and right
priyankafruity17: edit it
Ashsk8ter: well not able to edit it anymore
