are those kinds of forces acting on a structure due to moving load acting over that structure. Best example is of a bridge deck. Moving vehicles over the structure is a form of dynamic load. Whereas a car resting on a bridge is a form of static load. Influence line diagrams are very helpful in analyzing dynamic characteristics.
