Hey,

Usually on an average the human body while walking experiences a force of say 20 to 70N. It may be more or less depending on the speed with which theperson slides, how heavy the saidperson is and other such quantities.

Answer ⇒ Zero.

Explanation ⇒  When we will walk 1 km  or 1000 m, or more than that we will consider or simply we will assume that the Kinetic Friction which will depends upon the coefficient of kinetic friction on the place where he/she is walking.

But Generally or commonly we will consider it as uniform and now if the motion is uniform than the Velocity of the Object will be uniform. as a result no force will acts on the body.

Thus, Average Friction will be Zero.

Note ⇒ In Uniform Motion, No Force acts on the body to maintain it state of motion.

Hope it helps.
