I'm sure someone can give a more detailed and scientific answer than I can, but basically it's this:
Pasteurized means the milk has been heat treated to kill bacteria, and
Homogenized means the milk has been treated (I believe basically by intense shaking or frothing, but not 100% sure) to make it 'homogenous' - that is, the cream doesn't rise to the top. It will have the same fat content all the way through.
