Heya friend here is ur ans.

✴THE GENOTYPE OF GREEN STEMMED TOMATO PLANT IS DENOTEDBY "GG"  AND THAT OF PURPLE STEMMED TOMATO PLANTS "gg" .

The F1 will be Gg so it will be green stemmed.

The F2 obtained  by selfing of F1 will be having 25% purple stemmed plants (gg), rest will be green (GG,Gg).

Hope this helps!!..

Mendel's First Experiment

Explanation:

  • The level of purple stemmed plants in f2 progeny if the f1 plants are self pollinated
  • When we get the F2 generation to repeat without anyone else fertilization we will presently locate that around 1/fourth of the descendants will have purple stems and the staying 3/fourth will be green stemmed.
  • In other 25% of the offspring in the F2 generation are found to have purple stems
  • Self pollinated, they produce an example precisely like the F1 generation is 1 short plant for each 3 tall plants. These plants are actually similar to the F1 generation
