I) soaked seeds over dry cotton wool
= to determine the germination of the seeds.
In this case , the seeds will not germinate fully bcz the seeds have absorbed the water but since the cotton is dry, the seeds will not get enough water and hence will not germinate fully

2)$oaked seeds submerged in water will not germinate due to absence of air

3) dry seeds over dry cotton wool will not germinate due to absence of moisture (water) which is needed for germination

4) i am not sure about this.

these experiments are to prove that both water and air are necessary for germination of the seeds

HarshDon: plz answer 2,3and4 also plz
Soham3001: i have answered but i dont have knowledge about the 4th
