In remainder theorm when p (x) is divided by (x-a) then p (a) would be the remainder.

Zero of q (x) = 0
x-3 = 0
x =3

p (3) = 6(3×3×3×3) - 3(3×3) +7×3 -15
=6×81 - 27 + 21 - 15
=486 - 6 - 15
=480 - 15
= 465

495 is the remainder

PercyJackson172: sorry I wrote 27. it would be 81
kvnmurty: please edit the answer and correct that
PercyJackson172: oh no I wrote the wrong answer. Can you send me that again. I act really stupid sometimes

P(x) = 6 x^4 - 3 x^2 + 7 x - 15

remainder when divided by x - 3 is  = P(3)
P(3) = 6 * 3^4 - 3 * 3^2 + 7 * 3 -15
       =  465
