most of the ionic salts can crystallize out of the solution by cooling the saturated solutions of the salts or by evaporation in the form of crystals and these crystals this produced contain few molecules of water as a part of the Crystal lattice. the molecules of water are loosly bounded to the crystals of the salts .these water molecules known as water of crystallization.
