It can be avoided by the following ways. (i) Educating and counselling the child to face problems and stresses and accept disappointments and failure as a part of life. (ii) A child should not be pushed unduly to perform beyond his capacity. (iii) Parents and teachers should be alert the activities of the child. (iv) Help can be taken from highly qualified psychologists and pyschiatrists.
