3x2+5x-2=3x2+(6x-x)-2
=3x(x+2)-1(x+2)
=(3x-1)(x+2)
now 12x4+11x3-23x2+25x+1
should be divisible by (3x-1)(x+2)
by dividing we get remainder 19x+1 which should be subtracted from f(x)
