Problem face by farmer labours are:

• Inadequate wages-government had fixed the minimum wages as Rs.60 days but they dont usually get this amount of money.
• Availability of labour too much availability of labour forces the labours to work on lower wages
• Duration of employment- labours are sometimes employed on the daily wages and some times for the whole year. They do not have surety of job.
