what should your reaction be on seeing lights and fans on while we are outside?

In school, to stop this, we could announce rewards or appreciation for the classes that  are regular in switching off. We should play some skits creating an awareness among all the students . We can stick some posters in the bulletin boards encouraging conservation of energy resources .and the house captains and vice captains as well as leaders of clases should be sent to inspect this and given responsibility as well in checking these.
