Raleigh Scattering of light by theatmosphere is what causes "the sky" to appear blue (and sunsets to appear red), but that "sky" is a colour of theatmosphere. If there is no atmosphere, what colour is it?

In the absence of any atmosphere there would be
no refraction of sunlight. The colour of sky is due to refraction of sunlight by various constituents of atmosphere. I f no refraction happens means colour of sky will be black.
Hope it helps!
