Hey
Here's ur answer

Gall bladder is an organ which is the part of our digestive system.
It produces a greenish yellow colour fluid which is called BILE and sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3).

Bile acts upon fat to convert them into emulsified fat. This process is called emulsion.
Bile along with sodium bicarbonate acts upon the coming acidic chyme and makes its alkaline so that enzymes can act upon them.

Hope it helps!

it's primary function is to store and concentrate bile,a yellow -brown digestive enzyme produced by the liver. The gall bladder is part of the biliary tract. The gall bladder serves as a reservoir for bile while it's not being used for digestion. ....The bile helps the digestive process by breaking up fats.
