Hi Friend...

When the sun rises high in the sky it begins to heat up the lands, during this process the water present on fields or leaves of due drops begin to heat up and thus these droplets turn into water vapours and rises in air. As warm air rises quickly than cold air. So when the vapours goes into the air they expand and begin to cool down due to the surrounding air and forms clouds. As the temperature on higher altitude is lower so eventually the clouds cool down.

Hope it helps U.. :)
