when force is applied on the object there is no change in the object

Yeah....When there is no net external forces acting on an object...There will be no chances of change in tge object whether we apply force or not.

In a simple language...A force that constantly acts in a direction perpendicular to an object's motion does no work on it.  Thus, the kinetic energy does not increase.and hence there is no change in the object.
