The Geometric Progression is given as

$a,ar,ar^{2},ar^{3} ,ar^{4},............,ar^{n-1},ar^{n}$

The term can said to be

$a_{1},a_{2}, a_{3}, a_{4},......., a_{n-1},a_{n}$

Where,$a_{n} = ar^{n-1}$

(i) 3, 6, 12, .....

a=3,r=2

Hence,in GP

(ii) 64, −32, 16, , .....

Not in GP. a and r not defined

(iii) 1/64, 1/32, 1/8, .....

  a=1/64, r not defined.
