On the other hand artificial silk is made in factories using fibres which is a one-time investment.

Thus artificial silk costs lesser than original silk because it requires lesser labour and uses artificial medium for production.

Artificial silk or rayon is produced in mills so required less labour and no skill whereas natural silk is extract from silk worm in which more labour and skill is required
