Why are viruses not considered as living organisms? Explain briefly.

Viruses are non living till they don't enter any living cell after entering the living cell then they show their movement and do respiration, excretion and movement and these are function which said that virus is living

Viruses are not considered as living organisms because they behave as non living organisms that is, don't carry out any life functions until they enter the living host's body.
As soon as it enters the host's body it starts carrying out all it's life processes and takes the help of body cells to reproduce.
