why do cold drink bottles breaks when kept in freezer

Normally, when liquids tend to reach their lower fixed point/freezing point they tend to expand which is the opposite of solids. If thebottle was left in the freezer for some time thebottle was going to explode. Water bottlesexpands because it gets so cold inside.Jul 1, 2012

becoz of the pressure force acting inside the bottle and it react with the outer force...
