We get cramps in our fingers  during exercise due to sudden difference in normal motor performance of our fingers. Pressure is applied on fingers while exercising, this pressure hampers the normal functioning of the muscles and causes fatigue. After a heavy exercise it feels as if our fingers have to cracked or popped and it becomes difficult to flex the fingers. Cramps also occur due to over writing, typing or constantly playing an instrument.

To prevent this, always give 15 minutes break to your fingers. Slowly stretch your fingers, it will increase muscle flexibility. Drink plenty of water too
