POEM : THE SCHOOL BOY
BY: WILLIAM BLAKE

The pursuit every man in a life is happiness .
Hence all activities in all spheres should be designed in such a way that happiness is a natural by-product but unfortunately this condition is not fulfilled in the sphere of the education .leading to happiness education takes away from a child the very potential for happiness this is why black uses strong descriptions to show that the education goes against the very fundamentals of the happiness is education in the early stages of .The life cannot issued happiness and individual is not left with the great hopes for happiness in the later stage of the life if Misery with her the tender plants the beautiful birds can the newborn Birds summer can never be joyful in other words in the poem the speaker shows that a budding child is pickling and slept off in the early stage of life in an ocean of sorrow ,where there is no one to care for its state is compatible to damage nature that can bear no fruit and have no arrest if care and concern Rule over the plants flower buds such a summer will be try and will be no for the child enquiry with his parents as to how they can win back what gift has destroyed .
If the plants are without due to the can cause of the grave no fruit will be there in the season of autumn mellowing years of one's life this implies that if childhood pleasures and joys are censored and tunicated that adult life lens the danger of being at early dry and and productive the old age would be miserable .

Heya...

Ques :- Why does the schoolboy reject the traditional method of learning ??

Ans ________________

• In the poem it is shown that how the poet was disappointed with the traditional methods of education...

• His views were that we all just want happiness in out life and want to gain it at any cost but the hard and fast rules of traditional education give us sorrow not happiness...

• He compare a student of traditional education with a tree that is growing without the grave...

• He said birds want to learn to fly but being just free and tree want to give fruits but by growing freely , so we want to become educate but just being happy....

So he refused to accept the traditional methods of education..

Thank you
