This water droplets appears because of the process so called condensation
What happens is that the surrounding of bottle has air all around itself ..
But the soda bottle is not at the same Temperature as the surrounding . soda bottle will be at the lower temperature as compared to surrounding so the air molecules when comes in contact with the bottle so they get condensed and appear outisde as a water droplets

Water droplets appear on surface of soda watter bottle because the tiny droplet of water is called condestation which rises and helps in water cycle process and the basic unit of water cycle and we can when we keep the chilled soda out we find tiny droplets and while boiling because of the heat it forms the tiny droplets of water.
