I don't the exact answer but I think
In many of the cartoons or toys,Animators would show the girls beautiful ,cute, charming and many more.
As many of the girl children watch cartoons they will get inspired by looking that cartoons ( barbie,princess)
So they will try to draw few beautiful arts.
