the free of speech and expression a essential feature of any democracy because it is a humans fundamental right. Every member of the country should be allowed to put his or her views in front. everyone has their own views and perceptions so they should be allowed to say. there are limitation to this freedom but nevertheless this Right can be misused but a right cannot be snatched away.

In a democratic country each and every adult is provided a single word which is having equal value. It means each what must have one value then that of other.
d) Rule of Law and Respect of Rights :
In democracy a country can be rule only within limits set by constitutional law and citizens' rights.
