Not only mathematics but any subject or any work will be tough for you if you don't know it. Now there is a myth for many students that maths is the toughest subject but it is not the toughest subject at all in fact it is the subject which can help you score the maximum out of all the subjects in your academic scope. It is mathematics in which students score 100/100 in majority.

So the trick to score good marks in mathematics is to understand the concepts rather than mugging it up.

One may say that there are lots of formulas to remember. but you don't need to learn the formulas but understand the logic behind the derivation of the formula so that even if you forget the formula you can derive it of your own.

And most importantly if you practice it everyday then you will never ever forget the formula.

Therefore, to be honest maths is the easiest and and most scoring subject.
