Why is the magnetic field produced when the current passes through a coil?

THIS IS PROVED Experimentally by orested

in his experiment when he place a magnet near current carrying coil then magnetic needle get deflected

if current flow away from wire then magnetic needle get deflected toward north

while if it move forward magnetic needle get deflected toward west

hence it proceed that magnetic field is produce in a current carrying wire
