Nucleus is the large membrane bounded organelles that contains the genetic material in the form of multiple liner DNA molecules organised into structures called chromosome.

The reason why nucleus is considered as the most important Organnelle in a cell is because of its assigned function which is given below :-

1. It regulates the cell cycle.
2. It's considered with the transition of herdetary traits from the parents to offspring.
3. It controls all metabolic activities.
