Why it is dangerous to get down from a moving bus even if the bus is moving slowly?

When we are moving in a bus, the entire body moves along the bus i.e. it is in movement around then and when we bounce out of the bus our lower portion of body comes to rest yet our upper portion of body is in movement ( in light of idleness of movement ) because of which we may fall and henceforth it is dangerous to move out of a moving bus.
