<b><I>The Biggest Requirement For a Planet To Support Life is Water and Air To Breathe, atleast it is for Us Humans. Earth is Very Good In Growing Things in Every Possible Location as Long as Water is Available There.

We've Found Evidence From The Rovers on Mars that Once It Was More Warmer and kind of Wetter Than it is Now and It Certainly Points that It Must Have been a Good Place to Develop Life But over the Years, Our Kind-of-Second Home has Gotten Cold and We dont Expect Life to be Thriving out there.

There Are Over 100 Billion Planets in the Milky Way and Around 100,000 to 1 Million Exo-Planets. So, there Maybe Life Out There As Odds Are Really High But At Present Technology and Science We don't know if some Other Life Forms Other Than Humans Exist. Maybe The Conditions They Need to Survive Be Completely Different From Us. Maybe There is No such Thing As Oxygen For Them.

All in All, Saying That Life Doesn't Exist In Or Existed in Our "SOLAR SYSTEM" Seems Quite Plausible But On a Galactic Scale, You Can't Be sure That What Really Is There, CAN YOU !
