Why passengers consume alcohol are not allowed into flight?

This is not entirely true. You are prohibited to consume your OWN alcohol on board ANY flight whether domestic or international unless served by crew. Alcohol can make people go wild and no one wants that on board a flight. This is why your Flight Attendant acts as a Bar Tender and cuts you off after a certain limit. If people were allowed to consume their own alcohol, the addicted ones would not stop after a certain limit. Sure, we all know people who can control themselves but then there are people who cant. We don't want a nuisance on board or worse, a danger. Then there are certain laws that prohibit it from being served without a licence. Since most domestic carriers are Low Cost Carriers, serving alcohol just wouldn't make sense for their business model. And since it doesn't fit it, I doubt they’d even bother getting that permit just to sell it a carte to three people willing to pay for it.
It was allowed previously but then revised due to passenger mis-conduct.
