why pendulum of clock moves always when the cell of clock is not available?

because of its structure and mechanism. pendulum doesnt need a cell or a battery to move in a clock. its is free to move everytime

Pendulum is a structure doesn't a cell or battery to move as the pendulum is in oscillatory motion which is to and flow motion. As the pendulum moves at the maximum height the potential energy will be more and the kinetic energy is zero but when is down or perpendicular to the surface the potential energy is zero and kinetic energy is maximum like this the motion continues and pendulum doesn't require any cell or battery.....
