the constitution came into force on 26 jan 1951 and was drafted by constitutional assembly . dr br ambedkar was the father of constitutional assembly. according to the parliamentary form of govt every one should abide the rules of constitution otherwise hell be punished for it . our constitution took more than 2 years to come into existance and was changed considering everyonces opinions and also written by knoeledgeble people . if we do not agree to any rule we people has the right to reform it by making the political leaders of it aand depict the negitive impacts of it . and also can add rules in the same . since 1951 till now there were many amendements made to the constitution
