Question: Why shouldn't employment creation be the chief aim for our planning

Employment is very important in ones man life. As it is the only tool for livelihood.

So its very important to create more and more employment options.

But at the same time it shouldn't be the main aim too. But why?

So how can we increase employment ?

~ WE need to start more industries in these areas so that people may get jobs.

~ WE should allow private companies to start their community services or business so that our people get employment.

~ We should be highly educated so that we will get better and secure employments.

~ People should use government offers and set their own business and get self employed.

~ If you have talent to give medicines , to fight cases in court , tailoring or cooking you can start of your own business and serve and you cab get self employed as professionals.

~ We should encourage people to do work other than agriculture.

~ The tourism industry must be grown as more people can be employed in such sectors of our country.

So we can use these methods and increase employment .

But if we make it as our aim then:

~ there will be more employment then people.

~ Due to this our economy will get spoiled as there will be more work than people.

~ The profit of the business will go down.

~ as a result of which people may close their business and many talented will loose their jobs.

~ As profit of the companies are low wages will also be low.

~ therefore more work and less money.

~ Intelligent people will lose their jobs .

~ Less value will be there for Intelligence as many job opportunity.
