It's
(theta/360°) × 2πr = (theta/180°)×πr
Here 2 cancels out
(theta/360°) × 2πr = (theta/180°)×πr
Here 2 cancels out

Length of an arc=theta/360×2πr
so, 2×180=360
by cancelling it is written as
theta/180×πr
so, 2×180=360
by cancelling it is written as
theta/180×πr
