Dear Madam,

I am a student of Class 10 in your school and we have got to do some extra classes for better preparation for our upcoming board examination next year.

But unfortunately, my health is not permitting me to work harder at the moment, as per the advice of the doctor.

So I request you to grant me permission for not attending these extra classes which are held every day after the normal school periods are over.
