  Subject: Complaint about the nuisance created by the stray dogs
With due respect, I would like to bring to your notice the problems created in our locality due to the stray dogs.  It is worsening day by day. Their populace has been ever-increasing for the last few years.
The dogs have become terror for the people. They continuously bark at night and sleep is hampered. Office goers and the children suffer the most. Many are bitten by these dogs. Going out in the streets create a panic. They enter the building grounds and starts chasing the children when they play. If anyone passes by with any carry bag, even if it is not food, they start following them. The sterilization program organized was not properly initiated.  Some NGO’s and dog catcher tried to help. However due to the protest of some of the so called animal lover, who only show sympathy but do not take any care of these dogs, they couldn’t go further. 
I would thus earnestly request you to take some necessary steps at the earliest.
