Sir,

I want to invite your kind attention to the problem of drinking water in the school. In this hot summer season, the students are unable to get water. Only the other day, three students fainted because of the thirst. The teacher had to arrange bottled water for them. The school, at present, does not have water coolers to supply cold drinking water. Providing water coolers at appropriate places in the school would greatly solve this genuine problem.

I request you to kindly to look into the matter at once and provide water coolers. We shall all be obligated for an early action in the matter.
