Two similarities are:
1) They both contain their own DNA so, they can divide inside the cells.
2) They both do synthesis. Plastid helps in synthesis of food for plants which give energy to them and Mitochondria synthesizes ATP which also provides energy.
Two dissimilarities are:
1) Mitochondria is present in both plants and animals cells whereas plastids are present only in plant cells.
2) Plastids contain pigments whereas mitochondria doesn't contain any pigment.
Thanks.
