Step-by-step explanation:

x+y=7

x+√y=11

√x=7-y

√y=11-x

now here √x never be negative so y must b smaller than 7

similarly √y can't bs negative so x must b smaller than 11

perfect sq. are 1,4,9,16,25.....

so here by hut and trial we got x=9 and y=4

therefore

√9=7-4

√4=11-9
