Subject: Complaint on behavior of AUTO rickshaw
Sir / Mam,
I am a resident of Brindavan lane and this is to inform you that some of the auto rickshaw drivers have been misbehaving with the passengers.
They charge extra fare anytime of the day and on refusing, Hurl abuses at the passengers. Also, they refuse to take passengers depending on their will and this creates havoc during the busy hours.
I would be highly obliged if you kindly publish the issue in your newspaper to bring the attention of the respective authority towards this.
