The boiling point of pure water is 100 degree Celsius.

Here Sample A is able to boil at the temperature of 100 degree Celsius while Sample B is boiling at the 102 degree Celsius.

This only means that Sample B is not a pure water and is mixed up with some other solvent.

Hence, it won’t freeze at 0 degree Celsius.
