ET has learnt that the government will open up the fund for foreign donations within the next two days. The minister’s comment comes as the main opposition party, Congress, questioned the government’s decision to launch the Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergen-cy Situations (PM CARES) Fund when there already was the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF) with nearly Rs 3,800 crore in deposits.
