Hi, I'm Ravindra, working in the Sunday Magazine. As part of my routine news coverage, I had a chance to attend a seminar conducted by Isha Yoga foundation that's based at coimbatore. The guruji, Sadguru, had come to our city Vizag and conducted the seminar which was really informative.

He emphasized on various points like how doing yoga helps people keep their mind and body fresh, how to rejuvenate ourselves, how to think positive things and the effects it would have in our thought process and so on.

It was so effective and informative that everyone in the hall were too much engaged into what was being conveyed by guruji. Everyone should attend such a seminar to know more about Yoga and benefit from it.

In order to intrigue people and youngsters to the umpteen benefits of yoga, Isha Foundatio organized Yoga Sessions on September 10, 2019. People were educated on the importance of Yoga. They were explained how yoga helps in maintaining not only physical and mental health but also a healthy social life. The famous yoga Guru Samdev taught the students various Aasanas. He started the session  with warming up and stretching followed by a series of Asanas such as Padmasana, Paschimottasans, Pawan Muktasana, Vajrasana, Dhanurasana, Chakrasana, Sarvangasana, Halasana,  Bhujangasana, and ending with Shavasana. After Asanas session students were also taught the Pranayama – For Longevity. Addressing the audeince on the occasion, the Director, Mr. Ananat Sharma appealed to the people to include yoga in their daily routine for its wholesome and salubrious effects on the mind, body and soul.
