Days you go for walks: everyday
Days Rohan goes for walks: 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19,21,23,25,27,29,31
Days Reema goes for walks: 1,4,7,10,13,16,19,22,25,28,31
Days Shahil goes for walks: 1,5,9,13,17,21,25,29
Since the common date after 1st December when all go for walks, is 13th, the answer is 13th December.
